In January 2018, RAYS opened an integrated primary care and behavioral health clinic at the Family Center in partnership with HealthPoint. There has long been a need for health services on West Hill and this clinic is the result of years of research and advocacy in collaboration with the community. We are delighted to work with HealthPoint to deliver a holistic approach to client care.
The Family Center is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; closed on Wednesday, Friday and weekends. RAYS will continue to offer community resource information and direct service programs at the Family Center. Please see below and call 206-772-2050 for more information on specific services and programs.

Cynthia A. Green Center History
In 2014 our Family Resource Center was renamed to honor Cynthia A. Green, our long-term staff member who has served RAYS and our community for 20 years. She has been at the heart of our work and mission, often saying that “everyone who comes through these doors will leave feeling like they’ve been treated with respect.”
Her vision is that families we work with will move toward health and stability in all aspects of their lives. We honor that vision through a focus on holistic wellness; inviting community partners to bring services that support residents in achieving health of body, mind and spirit, like mobile health clinics, health screening events, nutrition and yoga classes, and behavioral health services for the family.
We strive to increase access to community resources for area residents through our information and referral services, housing of community organizations and events, and technology access program including computer lab, copying and fax services. All services are free and all are welcome.
